| I will be glad when this semester is over...I really enjoy what I do, but it is hard to be happy about how much I have to do. I am now going to practice and finish in the morning before work...I hope.

| Two weeks to go, two weeks to go, two weeks to go...everything continues to go very well, but there are so many things that need to be done. Last night I played a jazz gig, and it was so much fun! Tonight and tomorrow is South Arkansas Symphony, and I'm really looking forward to that, too. It is great to play my horn!

| Happy Thanksgiving! I am back from San Diego and the National Association of Schools of Music annual meeting. I have to tell you that the weather was extremely nice, although I was in meetings most of the time and didn't get to take proper advantage of it. Tuesday morning I had a little time to kill, so I went for a walk along the bay, and I saw two sea lions! One was swimming, and the other was sitting on a dock, posing for everyone to admire. Very cool!
